The ideal candidate who has significant experience of Machiningitems, of Raw Material, Machining Process, Reading Drawing, using ERP systems, with adeep understanding cycle time calculation. This position will be instrumental in ensuringstreamlined and efficient productivity to support our business growth. Develop and implement production plan strategies to optimize cost, quality, and deliveryperformance.

As a Machine Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality output. Your role involves managing staff, equipment, and workflows to meet production targets.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Production Activities: Lead a team of machinists and operators, ensuring daily production tasks are completed on time while maintaining safety standards.- Maintain Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain machinery, ensuring all tools are in good working order to avoid delays in production.- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to guarantee that all parts meet the required specifications and standards.- Workflow Management: Plan and optimize production schedules, allocating resources effectively to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.- Staff Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a skilled workforce knowledgeable in machine operations and safety protocols.- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels of materials and parts, ensuring timely ordering and availability for continuous production.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have a degree in B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, or B.E, with 4 to 5 years of experience in a machine shop or a related field. Strong leadership skills are essential to manage a diverse team effectively. A good understanding of machine operations, maintenance, and production processes is required. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Strong communication skills are necessary to interact with team members and other departments.
