Floating queries with - overseas agents, shipping lines, local co-loaders etc. for PricingNegotiating best rates with overseas agent, shipping lines.Compiling Rates and Rate sheet circulation with sales team.Provide rates with validity and availability & coordinating for daily queries.

Arranging Transport vehicles. Give planning, coordination with plant for dispatches. Communicating with management for Liner activities. Candidate must have the knowledge of Freight Forwarding. Should have an experience in handling Export documentation. Preparing daily reports on shipments delivery schedule. Should have good communication and computer skills. Should have an awareness of Export Schemes. Preparation of Export Documents (Pre and Post Shipment Documents) Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Candidates must have knowledge of SI filling, VGM filling, odes, MMD3. Co-ordinate with customer for custom clearance. Candidates from same industry are preferable.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 12,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
