Position Summary Information Technology The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. ServiceNow Developers collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, configure ServiceNow modules, create custom apps, and ensure that ServiceNow instances execute optimally and functionally. Essential Job Functions Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow applications and enhancements. Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and reports to optimize functionality. Develop custom applications, scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow technologies. Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and performance. Document technical designs, processes, and procedures related to ServiceNow development. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances, including upgrades and patches. Other duties assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Workflows. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices. Experience with ServiceNow configurations, including Catalog Management, Incident Management, and Change Management. Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams. Experience and Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred. . CMDB And App Engine Mandatory. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration roles, with a proven history of successful project delivery.

Minimum 5+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and at least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps.Hands on experience on JavaScript and AngularStrong expertise and proven track record in building applications using ServiceNow PlatformWorking experience in Service Portal and comfortable to build UI components.Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentizationStrong knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST and associated frameworkDemonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quicklyStrong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversityWorking experience in Agile

Atleast 5+ years of SN development experience (preferred ITSM/ ITOM/ ITBM/ HRSD modules) Expertise in writing JavaScript code Exposure to at least one JavaScript framework like AngularJS or React Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST, SOAP Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and AJAX practices Expertise on Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Knowledge management, Request Management and Integrations. Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity Proven team player and team builder Experience in designing, developing, scalable and distributed system.
