Job Description

Position Summary

Information Technology

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, developing, and implementing solutions within the

ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. ServiceNow Developers collaborate with stakeholders to

understand requirements, configure ServiceNow modules, create custom apps, and ensure that ServiceNow

instances execute optimally and functionally.

Essential Job Functions

Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business

requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow applications and

enhancements.

Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and reports to optimize functionality.

Develop custom applications, scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow technologies.

Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and performance.

Document technical designs, processes, and procedures related to ServiceNow development.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances, including upgrades and patches.

Other duties assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Workflows.

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.

Experience with ServiceNow configurations, including Catalog Management, Incident Management, and

Change Management.

Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across

different teams.

Education

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience and Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.

. CMDB And App Engine Mandatory.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration roles, with a proven

history of successful project delivery.
