Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting BMW products, and supporting our technicians in delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule customer appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs, optimizing time slots and resources.Repair Order & Documentation: Accurately process repair orders, generate quotes, and handle invoices. Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.Customer Service: Provide exceptional service both over the phone and face-to-face, addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Issue Assessment & Communication: Clearly document customer issues, logging details for review by technicians, ensuring effective communication for diagnosis and repair.Approval Management: Obtain customer approval for any recommended work before proceeding, ensuring transparency and trust.Product Promotion: Actively promote BMW vehicle parts, accessories, and services, contributing to sales growth and enhancing customer experience.Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including technicians and service managers, to ensure work is completed on time and meets customer expectations.Cost & Time Estimation: Provide customers with accurate estimates for service costs and repair times, keeping them updated throughout the process.
