Job Timing 10am To 7pm (Monday to Saturday) Job Role: Configuring and managing servers of different operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, including installing. Fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve Manage performance and reliability Should have Knowledge on multiple Hardware platform Experience in support of Lenovo Server / Dell Servers/ HP Servers / Storage Must have configured ilo, DRack, DELL iDRack & other Remote monitoring tools. Must have knowledge of related concepts like RAID. SNMP, HOTSPARE etc. Having knowledge of Installation and Troubleshooting on, HP, Dell, Intel, all types of servers, Installation and troubleshooting of Windows. Having Knowledge on all types of Servers, Storage Installation and Troubleshooting, Server Backup (all types) Problem solving capability in Server Hardware, including troubleshooting server-based issues with root cause analysis Familiar with high availability servers Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Storage, Backup devices/systems. Experience in installing, supporting and maintaining server and storage hardware. A general understanding of Networking & SAN technologies.

Should have hands on experience in desktop Basic knowledge in server. Excellent communication skills. Min 1 - 2 yrs experience. Handling desktop (outlook, antivirus, basic networking, hardware /OS / Applications troubleshooting). Should have good working experience on DNS etc. Hands on experience working on servers will be an added advantage. Good communication skills. Candidate should be willing to work on 24/7 shifts and 6 working days in a week. Should be able to join immediately or in a weeks time.
