Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare periodic performance reports with strategic insights. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services within existing accounts. Maintain client satisfaction through proactive updates, transparency, and consistent results. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and performance goals. Contribute to process improvements and client servicing strategies within the agency.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 45 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency (agency experience is mandatory). Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, coordination, and relationship management abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Proficiency in reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and project management software.Compensation Salary: Up to INR 6 LPA, based on experience and interview performance.
