Responsibilities and Duties1. Determine clients requirement for travel and advise itineraries based on best routes and cost.2. Make and confirm reservations using GDS.3. Notifies clients of travel dates, baggage limits, special requests like meals, wheelchair bassinet etc., visa requirements, and other relevant information.4. Interpret fare rules and advise fare rules and conditions to clients.5. Collects payments, relevant documentation, tickets for travel.6. Advise schedule changes to clients in timely manner.7.
