Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from inception to deployment to value delivery. Developing best practices to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope of work. Create a project Management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Developing and monitoring project plans, project schedules, working hours and ensuring project deadlines are met.
