We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in Bhiwandi, Thane, with 3 to 6 years of experience and a degree in mechanical engineering in control panel manufacturing industry. This full-time position involves office-based work where you will lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components.As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:1. **Design Development**: Create innovative mechanical designs using CAD software, ensuring they meet specifications and industry standards. This includes both conceptual and detailed design phases.2. **Project Management**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets. You will oversee the design process from initial concept to production.3. **Prototyping and Testing**: Develop prototypes and conduct tests to validate designs. Analyze test results to make necessary adjustments and improvements.4. **Technical Documentation**: Prepare detailed documentation, including design reports and specifications, to communicate design intent and methodologies.5. **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages learning and professional growth.Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in CAD software and a solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
