Key Responsibilities:Represent the company in courts (with a valid Sanad).Draft legal documents - Notices, Applications, Suits, Agreements, etc.Handle Revenue-related and Litigation matters efficiently.Manage cases before NCLT, High Court, Civil Court, Revenue Court,, Criminal Court, and others.Conduct legal research and provide advisory on debt recovery, revenue Cases / property/habitation, and compliance matters.Ensure effective use of computers & legal software tools for drafting and e-filing.Communicate effectively in multiple languages (reading, writing, and speaking).Travel across India as required for hearings and company assignments.- Requirements:Qualification: LLB / LLM with a valid Sanad.Experience: Minimum 10 years in litigation and corporate legal work (preferred).Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills with good command over English.Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Online Filing, Legal Research Tools).
