Youll be working oneverything from digital ads and social media posts to reels, short-form videos, branding assets,and more.This is a hybrid role based out of our Noida office and ideal for someone who thrives in acreative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Design social media creatives, display ads, banners, emailers, presentations,and other digital assets. Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across visual content. Ad Creative Development: Ideate and create high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta,Google, etc.). Work with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creatives based onperformance data. Video & Motion Design: Create and edit reels, motion graphics, short-form videos for social media andads. Source or create visual elements, animations, transitions, and effects to enhancestorytelling.Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand briefs anddeliver effective creatives. Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to final delivery. Creative Direction Support: Bring fresh, innovative design ideas to brainstorms and team discussions. Stay updated with current design and social media trends, tools, and techniques.Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic and video design. Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic, digital ad, and video design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,After Effects) or similar tools. Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools is a plus.Basic understanding of social media platforms and ad performance metrics. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a collaborative attitude.Good to Have: Experience designing for D2C, lifestyle, or tech brands. Knowledge of UI/UX design basicsExperience with tools like CapCut, VN, or other mobile-based video editors.
