Provide initial training to customers on machine operation and maintenance. Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure machines function at optimal levels. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in coffee machines. Respond promptly to service calls and ensure minimal downtime for customers. Customer Support Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service. Educate customers on proper use, cleaning, and care of coffee machines. Address customer complaints and provide technical support to resolve issues. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and installations. Generate service reports and provide feedback to the management team. Ensure spare parts inventory is up to date and report shortages. Compliance and Safety Follow safety guidelines during equipment handling, maintenance, and repair.
