Identify, log, and manage defects using tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps, ensuring high-quality releases and adherence to Salesforce best practices.Primary Skills : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-6+ years of experience in QA and minimum 5+ years in Salesforce application Agile Development: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, sprint planning, and estimation.

As a Software Test Engineer, the candidate should have advanced knowledge of software design and engineering, a good eye for detail, and a natural gift for software troubleshooting. A skilled software test engineer should be able to identify even the smallest flaw in software designs and suggest simple yet effective fixes.Testing the products both manually and automated, Bug Reporting, Tracking and Closing, Work related to Testing Process improvement. Tests software releases during the product development. Configures necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing. Provides technical expertise on specific products, operating systems and specialized environments. Writes or assists in the development of Test Conditions, Test Cases. Work would be on Selenium with Java to test 5 e-commerce applications (similar UI & functionality)developed on the .NET framework and hosted on Episerver. BDD Cucumber framework is used. Preferably JMeter. SeleniumGrid Cross-browser / cross layer Gatling.io open-source load & performance tool knowledge

1. Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and testing documentation.2. Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and system testing.3. Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools while ensuring timely resolution.4. Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile methodology, defect lifecycle, and hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing; knowledge of Katalon Studio is an added advantage.

Senior QA Automation EngineerKey Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable end-to-end automation frameworks for UI, API, and basic performance testing using Selenium, Playwright, or WebDriverIO.Build and maintain automation solutions for Angular applications and Java microservices, ensuring seamless integration across web and API layers.Automate REST and GraphQL API testing using REST Assured and Postman while developing reusable test components and test data pipelines.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, support continuous testing in cloud environments, and implement quality metrics/reporting dashboards.Perform functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing using tools like JMeter/Blazemeter and ensure transparent test coverage and execution tracking.Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams in Agile environments, leveraging AI-assisted testing tools like GitHub Copilot, Codex, and Claude for faster automation and defect analysis.Experience:7-12 Years of experience in Software QA and Automation Testing.
