Key Responsibilities:Monitor network performance and ensure uptime of ISP services.Provide technical support to customers and resolve network-related issues.Handle L1 and L2 level troubleshooting and escalation.Diagnose and resolve issues related to wireless and wired networks.Configure and manage network devices including routers and switches.Work with RF devices such as MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cambium, and similar platforms.Perform VLAN configuration, IP addressing, routing, and switching tasks.Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of network issues and resolutions.Coordinate with field engineers and higher-level support teams when required.
