Key Responsibilities:QMS Development & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System.Standard Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant industry-specific standards.Audits: Plan and conduct internal audits; manage external audits (certification, customer).Documentation Control: Manage QMS documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records.Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Lead CAPA processes, root cause analysis for non-conformities.Training: Develop and deliver QMS training to employees.Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Management Review: Prepare and conduct QMS management reviews.Supplier Quality: Oversee supplier quality aspects and audits.Customer Feedback: Manage customer complaints and feedback channels.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international quality-related regulations.Team Leadership (if applicable): Manage a team of quality engineers/inspectors.Local Communication: Communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
