Key Responsibilities:
QMS Development & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System.
Standard Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant industry-specific standards.
Audits: Plan and conduct internal audits; manage external audits (certification, customer).
Documentation Control: Manage QMS documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records.
Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Lead CAPA processes, root cause analysis for non-conformities.
Training: Develop and deliver QMS training to employees.
Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvement initiatives (., Lean, Six Sigma).
Management Review: Prepare and conduct QMS management reviews.
Supplier Quality: Oversee supplier quality aspects and audits.
Customer Feedback: Manage customer complaints and feedback channels.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international quality-related regulations.
Team Leadership (if applicable): Manage a team of quality engineers/inspectors.
Local Communication: Communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
