The role will involve working closely with clients to enhance their procurement and inventory management processes using SAP materials management (MM).**Key Responsibilities:**- **System Configuration**: Assist in configuring the SAP MM module according to client requirements, ensuring that all settings align with business processes.- **Data Management**: Support the data migration process by preparing and cleaning data to ensure it is accurate and ready for upload into the SAP system.- **User Training**: Help conduct training sessions for end-users to help them understand the new system and processes, improving their ability to utilize SAP MM effectively.- **Troubleshooting Issues**: Work alongside senior consultants to identify and resolve any issues that users encounter, providing support for a smooth operation.- **Documentation**: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials for both users and team members.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a basic understanding of SAP interfaces and processes, particularly related to materials management. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential, along with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication abilities are needed to convey technical information clearly to various stakeholders. Familiarity with data management and project methodologies would be beneficial. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is expected for documentation purposes.

Solve support tickets in SAP HCM. Maintains the information about the workforce of a company & keeps the integration working w. workforce and other components (e.g. Finance, Project System, etc.), Work on projects within an AMS context. These can be both big & small. Examples of recent new projects are Payroll implementations, GDPR (SAP ILM) implementation, Time redesign, etc. Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions Support clients in defining and documenting HCM business processes Design solutions using standard SAP and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, priorities gaps and design the implementation plan Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support clients in developing their skills.

At least 2 End-to-end implementation experience in S4HANA.Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes.Coordinate with the stakeholders during requirement gathering and execution phases.Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration and Testing the complete process cycles.Possess strong knowledge on Organization management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll & ESS/MSS.Should have strong knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customising-Payroll & Time management.Integration knowledge across modules.Good to have an exposure in PSU processes.Involved with technical team in providing the functional specifications and testing of client business processes. Involved in user training workshops, documentation and handling day-to-day issues. Should have good communication skills and be able to successfully conduct Workshops
