Job Description An ideal candidate must have minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations done for any 1 in UK/IE, US,South africa Payroll and Time and 10+ years of overall experience in design and configuration of Payroll and Time module including but not limited to the following SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll, Tax Reporter configuration, Experience in SAP Time Module Experience in SAP HCM configuration, schema development and writing PCRs. Expertise in developing payroll functions and operations Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules Experience with Yearend activities and support packs implementation, Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience executing parallel payroll Extensive experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation & Professional Certifications: Bachelors Degree in related technical discipline and six years relevant experience Masters Degree in related technical discipline and Five years relevant experience

At least 2 End-to-end implementation experience in S4HANA.Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes.Coordinate with the stakeholders during requirement gathering and execution phases.Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration and Testing the complete process cycles.Possess strong knowledge on Organization management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll & ESS/MSS.Should have strong knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customising-Payroll & Time management.Integration knowledge across modules.Good to have an exposure in PSU processes.Involved with technical team in providing the functional specifications and testing of client business processes. Involved in user training workshops, documentation and handling day-to-day issues. Should have good communication skills and be able to successfully conduct Workshops

Requirements:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT disciplineMinimum of 3 to 4 years experience in SAP HR / HCM project implementation and rollout experience primarily SAP Payroll and Talent Management modules .Strong understanding of SAP HCM process and local statutory reporting and audit requirementsUnderstanding of process harmonization conceptsKnowledge of solution techniques and methodsResponsibilitiesFor this role time management, payroll coding schema and Fiori is not a must to have but a good to have.We are ok with someone who is a General SAP HCM ABAPer.
