We are looking for a motivated SAP MM Consultant to join our team in Pune. This is an entry-level position for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role will involve working closely with clients to enhance their procurement and inventory management processes using SAP materials management (MM).**Key Responsibilities:**- **System Configuration**: Assist in configuring the SAP MM module according to client requirements, ensuring that all settings align with business processes.- **Data Management**: Support the data migration process by preparing and cleaning data to ensure it is accurate and ready for upload into the SAP system.- **User Training**: Help conduct training sessions for end-users to help them understand the new system and processes, improving their ability to utilize SAP MM effectively.- **Troubleshooting Issues**: Work alongside senior consultants to identify and resolve any issues that users encounter, providing support for a smooth operation.- **Documentation**: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials for both users and team members.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a basic understanding of SAP interfaces and processes, particularly related to materials management. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential, along with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication abilities are needed to convey technical information clearly to various stakeholders. Familiarity with data management and project methodologies would be beneficial. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is expected for documentation purposes.
