EHS Supervisor - Printing Industry2. Department:Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)4. Reporting To:Department Head5. Job Purpose:To ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and health standards in a printing facility by supervisingEHS activities, implementing safety programs, and monitoring printing-specific risks associated with inks,solvents, dyes, chemical handling, and machinery.6. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Safety Management Implement and monitor safety programs in printing, ink kitchen, solvent handling, and press areas. Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and hazard identification for printingoperations. Ensure proper use of PPE, safety signs, and emergency protocols. Supervise compliance with lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures for printing machines.B. Training & Awareness Conduct EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and new joiners. Promote awareness on safe handling of solvents, inks, dyes, acids, and cleaning agents. Train staff on fire safety, spill management, and emergency response.C. Audits & Inspections Conduct regular plant audits, risk assessments, and workplace inspections. Prepare reports and recommendations for improvements. Follow up on corrective actions from internal and external audits.D. Incident Management Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Maintain records of incidents, injuries, and corrective actions. Ensure proper reporting to regulatory authorities as required.E. Documentation & Reporting Maintain EHS records: inspection reports, chemical inventory, safety drills, and incident reports. Monitor compliance with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / local safety regulations. Prepare periodic reports for management review.7. Skills & Competencies Knowledge of printing processes: offset, flexo, gravure, or digital printing. Understanding of chemical handling, solvent safety, and hazardous waste management. Knowledge of EHS standards: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Fire Safety, OSHA norms. Ability to conduct training, audits, and risk assessments. Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.8. Qualification & Experience Education: Diploma / Graduate in Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Engineering. Experience: 2-5 years in EHS role, preferably in printing, packaging, or chemical industries.

As an SAP Consultant, your responsibilities will include analyzing systems and business processes, providing consulting services, managing master data, integrating systems, and optimizing business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions.Qualifications & Requirements: Have SAP project experience in Saudi Aramco Headquarter( Dhahran ), be familiar with WorkFlow Approval Engine and have related implementation experience. (Priority: High )Be familiar with Audit Management module and have the module usage knowledge and implementation experience.Worked closely with ABAP teams for the solution development to ensure the analytical requirements are properly implemented.Good communication skill and work with business users for SAP implementation. Very good understanding of HSE requirements, HSE business processes, Safety culture for discrete or process industries or Oil and gas industries and well versed with defining optimized solutions. Should have SAP EHS experience of about 5 to 6 years.Good working knowledge in SAP EHSM Modules like Incident management and Risk Assessment.Knowledge on Oil and Gas Industry would be added advantage. Good knowledge on other SAP Modules like Environmental Compliance, Waste Management and Substance Volume Tracking.Strong knowledge in SAP EHS modules like Product Safety, Dangerous Goods and GLM.Should have EHS Integration experience with other SAP Modules.Should have skills on Blueprinting, conduct workshops, product configuration, functional specifications, test scripts, client coordination, support for managing the implementation etc. are the in-scope tasks.Good knowledge in ABAP and Basis tools and components.Work on Aramco System (Safelife) previously.Experience in SAP PO Configuration.Building interfaces to internal and external data points.Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Integration Landscape.References
