We are looking for a Survey Manager who will be responsible for overseeing various surveying activities to ensure precision and efficiency in our projects. This role will require strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of survey methodologies.- **Manage Survey Teams**: Supervise and guide surveying teams to ensure they complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Provide training and support to enhance their skills.- **Plan Surveys**: Develop detailed plans for conducting surveys, including selecting appropriate tools and techniques. This ensures surveys are well-organized and meet project requirements.- **Data Analysis**: Analyze survey data collected by the team to ensure it is accurate and meets our quality standards. Interpret the findings to provide insights for project decision-making.- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align survey activities with project timelines. Maintain clear communication to ensure everyone is informed of progress and any potential issues.- **Quality Control**: Implement quality control measures to ensure surveying work meets industry standards. Regularly review completed surveys for any discrepancies or errors.- **Report Writing**: Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing survey findings and recommendations. This documentation is essential for stakeholders to understand the survey results.Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively. A diploma in surveying or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience, demonstrating a strong background in surveying practices.

Strong accounting and auditing knowledge: Possesses a solid and relevant auditing standards. Extensive experience in finance quality control: With 8-10 years in the field, with proven track record of ensuring accuracy and efficiency in finance processes. Collaboration with auditors: Experience working with both internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements. Meticulous documentation: Adhere to audit quality standards and maintain detailed audit documentation. Strong stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with finance management and other stakeholders. Effective communication: Clearly document audit findings, including control weaknesses and process inefficiencies. Data analytics skills (preferred): Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is a plus. Auditing techniques (preferred): Experience with risk assessment, control testing, and audit sampling techniques is also beneficial. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and standards. Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in root cause analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-department collaboration. Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.

Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identify and liaise with fabric and accessory suppliers. Obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely sourcing of materials while maintaining quality standards.Order Processing: Assist in receiving and processing purchase orders from clients. Ensure accuracy in order details, quantities, and timelines.Production Coordination: Work closely with production teams to monitor the progress of garment production. Track production schedules, address production-related issues, and ensure timely completion of orders.Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure that garments meet the required standards. Conduct inspections of samples and bulk production to identify and resolve any quality issues.Costing and Pricing: Support the senior merchandisers in preparing cost sheets and pricing of garments. Monitor and analyze production costs to maintain competitiveness in the market.Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining export documentation, including shipping documents, customs paperwork, and compliance-related records.Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates on order status, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preparing purchase orders:Different types of purchase orders should be prepared here by the garments merchandiser such as fabric, sewing thread, trimmings and accessories etc.6. Getting approvals on lab dips:7. Advising and assisting production and quality department:A garment merchandiser must have to make good relationship with the garment production and quality department for smooth and fault free production. This also creates a great impact on shipping the product timely.8. Inspection should be done before shipping the product to the buyer. Giving shipping instructions and following shipment:It is the last and final tasks of an apparel merchandiser.
