Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identify and liaise with fabric and accessory suppliers. Obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely sourcing of materials while maintaining quality standards.

Order Processing: Assist in receiving and processing purchase orders from clients. Ensure accuracy in order details, quantities, and timelines.

Production Coordination: Work closely with production teams to monitor the progress of garment production. Track production schedules, address production-related issues, and ensure timely completion of orders.

Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure that garments meet the required standards. Conduct inspections of samples and bulk production to identify and resolve any quality issues.

Costing and Pricing: Support the senior merchandisers in preparing cost sheets and pricing of garments. Monitor and analyze production costs to maintain competitiveness in the market.

Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining export documentation, including shipping documents, customs paperwork, and compliance-related records.

Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates on order status, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
