Supervision of Factory Operations:Oversee daily factory operations, including production, dispatch, and quality control.Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.Supervise factory staff and maintain a productive work environment.2. Documentation Handling:Manage and maintain all factory-related documents, including production reports, inventory logs, dispatch records, and quality control documents.Handle MIS reporting and ensure data accuracy.Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.3.
