TQHs multidisciplinary team brings together professionals educated at leading institutions in India and abroad, with extensive experience across government, political offices, and the policymaking ecosystem.About the RoleYLAC and TQH are seeking a diligent and organized Admin & Accounts Executive to support the smooth functioning of our operations. This role combines responsibilities across administration, finance, vendor management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities1. Administrative SupportOversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and pantry supplies.Manage travel arrangements, correspondence, and vendor coordination.Handle event logistics including booking venues, setups, and payments.2. Accounting & FinanceProcess vendor and consultant payments.Manage office payments (rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, fuel, etc.).Process monthly invoices in Tally and share with clients; maintain payment tracker.Track and manage expenses for YLAC and TQH.Handle reimbursements, petty cash, and share GST/TDS data with CA on a monthly basis.3. Payroll ManagementPrepare monthly salary sheets, manage bank transfers, and track leaves.Collect monthly consultant invoices and share Form 16A quarterly.Manage employee insurance (additions/deletions, e-cards, premium payments).Support onboarding of new hires (email IDs, systems access, orientation).4. Compliance & ReportingMaintain TDS sheets and ensure timely challan payments.Track and maintain client contract renewals.Requirements4-6 years of relevant work experience in administration and finance.Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preference for candidates with background in Administration or Finance).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Tally and MS ExcelAbility to work independently, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.Why Join Us?At YLAC and TQH , youll be part of a small, dynamic team working at the intersection of youth engagement, governance, and social change.
