Ground Hostess plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of airline services on the ground. Their responsibilities include assisting passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation, ensuring safety measures are observed at all times, providing exceptional customer service to enhance passenger experience, handling and resolving passenger issues and complaints, communicating effectively with airline staff and passengers, and coordinating with other team members to ensure the efficient operation of ground services.

Role summary Were looking for an enthusiastic and organised Science lab facilitator who can bring energy, creativity, and safety to our lab space. You will lead hands-on sessions that spark curiosity, make science fun and accessible, and help visitors build confidence in exploring on their own. Youll also keep the lab running smoothly behind the scenesmanaging equipment, organising materials, and keeping everything safe and visitor-ready.Key responsibilities You will be responsible for:Leading interactive science sessions and drop-in activities in the labPlanning and updating monthly session calendarsSupporting and guiding visitors in a friendly, approachable wayEnsuring safety standards are met and equipment is used responsiblyMaintaining and organizing lab equipment and inventoryCollaborating with our team to update and improve learning experiencesGathering feedback from visitors and adapting based on their needsDesired skills and experience To succeed in this role, you must: A graduate degree (preferably in science, education, or a related field) A love for science and sharing it with othersGood communication skills in Hindi and EnglishConfidence in engaging with children and adults alikeA calm and proactive approach to managing group dynamics and safetyWillingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in every detailTo succeed, it would help if you: Experience facilitating or teaching (formal or informal)Interest in science education, museums, or interactive learning environmentsFamiliarity with handling lab materials and basic safety practicesCreativity and an ability to think on your feet
