Skills RequiredHands on experience with Rockwell (Allen Bradley) PLCStrong knowledge of PLC programming languages, including ladder logic and structured textExperience with Rockwell PLC's and integration with other make PLC as well.Perform PLC programming, HMI development, and troubleshooting for systems including Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Rockwell platforms.Ensure integration of batch control systems (e.g., Factory Talk Batch) with field devices and SCADA.Review and optimize P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and control logic to ensure operational readiness.Provide on-site technical support to ensure timely issue resolution and commissioning milestones.Maintain documentation for troubleshooting logs, changes in control logic, and commissioning checklistsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with foreign clients.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Knowledge of IOT , SQL or other digitization tools is a plus .Roles and Responsibility:-Should take ownership of the project .Communicate with client to freeze the project requirements.Evaluate Vendor Quotations and drawings.Should Develop Control schema and Develop logic in plc as well.Should Handle team of engineers working under his/her supervision.
