Electrical Automation Engineer (3 - 4 Yrs.)

The candidates should be well-versed in developing the feedback control system with relevant design calculations, specifying & selection of peripherals / devices / transducers / drives, Machine safety system design, development of circuits & equipment layouts, Power distribution, Motor control center layouts, Main & Local PLC panel and preparation of schedules & bills of quantities. Expertise in Rockwell Automation PLCs and products preferred.

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with Min 4 years’ relevant experience

• Experience in Industrial Automation with Rockwell Automation products is preferable. The candidate will be responsible for the software design, testing and development related to Rockwell software product portfolio.

• The candidate will design, implement, Test and support the software to advance the product portfolio. Experience in Ladder programming

• Should have good analytical skills to do failure analysis

• Should have go-getter attitude. Willing to take accountability and ownership of assigned task.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision. Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure with tight deadline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to lead and collaborate with another cross-functional team in multi-cultural/multi-site environment.

• Good team lead capabilities as well as Individual Contributor.

• Understanding of Program Logic Controllers (PLCs) and understanding of customer applications built around PLC would be a big plus.

• Experience in Ladder programming
