Inventory Controller Store Dispatch RMS Making GRN ERP Stock Taking Labour Control Stock Maintenance Material Handling
Daily Inventory cycle count of available stock in store & reconciliation with system Maintain register day to day (outward register, incoming register, and purchase register) Maintain documents records ( purchase bills ,sales bills , challans , couriers slips bilty . Maintain the store and records area in a neat and orderly manner . Maintain stock inventory day to day (main stock register ) Raw material issue to production as per production slip & handover to concern authority. Inbound material Goods inspection report physical vs. document, if something shortage, excess & damage then same communicate to supplier and our org mgmt, GRN process as per Physical rpt. Daily finished goods stock take over from production dept & entry in FG1 stock Store. Dispatch plan destinations wise as per allocation. Picking, packing, labeling & strapping & put way the goods in dispatch area for loading. Vehicles arrangement as per indent with in a time line with follows up of transporter. Documentation of actual goods load inside the vehicle as per loading slip & actual note. Documents Check list inspection all points, Signing & stamp before move the vehicle.
