Residential Medical Officer Job Vacancies in Navi Mumbai

Provide direct medical care to patients in a hospital setting, including admission assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning.Monitor patients progress and manage any changes in their condition.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by senior doctors.Conduct physical examinations and take medical histories of patients.Perform routine medical procedures as necessary.

1. Attend the patient on admission & inform the senior resident/ consultant immediately.2. Note the detailed history of the patient.3. Assist in performing the procedures of LP tracheotomy, tapping, and catheterization.4. Take rounds and inform seniors and consultants regarding patient's condition daily irrespective of their status, and as and when deemed necessary5. Complete the MLC formalities in case of patients admitted under MLC.6. Coordinate with blood bank and arrange for Blood Transfusion.7. Inform consultants regarding admissions and update them about the patient's status.8. Inform the ward sister about new admissions and coordinate with consultants about the immediate care plan. Also, inform the changes to the nurse on duty.9. Arrange for lab tests for the patient, Collection of Lab samples & filling of forms. To collect the lab reports and communicate to the related consultant.10. Contact an external doctor if needed.11. Accompany patients for investigations like imaging, procedures, etc whenever required.12. Take the individual round and record vitals.13. Help shifting and positioning of the patient in some specific surgeries.14. Prepare discharge summary & attend all formalities about discharge.15. Give prescription and give necessary instructions about home care at the time of discharge16. Arrange for ambulance service at the time of discharge, if required.17. Maintain the Sign, Name, Date & Time compliance on each document.18. To report any unusual/complicated case/issue to the MCO and CMS.19. Inform all cases of transfers, Deaths DAMA to MCO/CMS.20. Any other work assigned by the management.Preferred candidate profile:1. Candidate should have a minimum 1 year of experience or freshers can also apply2. Mandatory MMC Provisional certificate or MMC Registration certificate
