(twice in a shift) Collect reports of patient investigation. Inform consultant regarding reports and patient status. Write daily doctor order properly in proper format. Filling up new admission history/ examination finding and treatment advise in software on same day. Pre-operative checklist and consent for surgery and anesthesia should be checked and completed. Preparing patient for discharge. Filling discharge summary.
