The ideal candidate should have 34 years of clinical experience, with sound knowledge of medical procedures and patient management protocols. BAMS / BHMS from a recognized institutionValid registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council Willing to work in rotational shifts, including nightsImmediate joiners or those with 15-day notice period preferred

Key responsibilities of a clinic doctor:Patient assessment and diagnosis:Taking patient history, conducting physical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests (blood work, imaging) to diagnose medical conditions. Treatment planning:Developing personalized treatment plans based on diagnosis, including medication prescription, lifestyle modifications, and referrals to specialists when necessary. Chronic disease management:Monitoring and managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and asthma. Preventative care:Providing immunizations, cancer screenings, wellness checks, and health education to promote preventative healthcare. Patient communication:Clearly explaining diagnoses and treatment options to patients, addressing concerns, and maintaining open communication. Collaboration with healthcare team:Working effectively with nurses, medical assistants, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care. Maintaining medical records:Documenting patient encounters accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records. Staying updated on medical advancements:Continuously learning about new medical treatments, guidelines, and technologies through professional development activities.
