Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Resident Sales Engineer to join us in the Pune region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a sales acumen expertise to effectively address customer needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Activities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Welding Equipments, Accessories and Spares within the Pune region. Conduct Presentations and Demonstration as necessary. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base. This requires extensive field travelling in Pune and surrounding region. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, provide tailored welding solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and product offerings. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the General Manager at head office. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards during all sales and service activities. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree OR Diploma in any field. Acumen of Sales and Marketing Activities Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably (industrial sales). Industry Knowledge: Have a fair understanding of geography of the region and identify potential customer. Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and services. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. Ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Installation & Commissioning of Electronic Weighbridge at the customer site. Giving online software support to customers. Coordination; maintaining cordial relationship with the customers. Fault Finding; Repair of the Electronic Weighbridge. Attend service calls from customers & provide telephonic support. Job involves travelling. Training will be provided. Immediate Joiner.
