Designation :- Research Associate-R&DQualification:- B.Pharma Or M.PharmaExperience :- 2 Years To 4 YearsSalary:- As Per InterviewGender:- MaleJob Description:- i) To do literature and patent search of projects.ii) To take development trials along with stability batches of projects as per discussion with higher up as per Good laboratory Practicesiii) To discuss the findings of the trials with higher up and compile the data of various trials.iv) To provide request for the required raw materials and packing materials as per system and monitor & maintain their sufficient stock.v) To do RLD characterization along with its report.vi) To forward the development samples to Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) for analysis. To discuss and compile the analytical data to plan the next batch/es.vii) To prepare the documents like BOM, MFR, stability protocol, PDR, excipient compatibility study protocol, photostability study protocol and corresponding reports.viii) To prepare IQ, OQ and PQ documents for equipment and qualify the equipment with corresponding reports.ix) To monitor and manufacture scale up/optimization and process validation batches of the product at site along with any trouble shooting of existing products and prepare technology transfer/scale up/optimisation protocol with report.x) To perform balance / In process equipment calibration and monitor preventive maintenance activity for all equipment and instrument in lab.Job Location:- Turbhe,Navi Mumbai Industry:- Manufacturing Company
