Implements financial and accounting best practices and oversees critical accounting procedures to ensure legal compliance with financial reporting and banking regulations at the local, state, and federal level.2. Engages in sector-specific professional development opportunities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the financial operations of the business and encourages and enables direct reports and other staff to do the same.
