We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team in Andheri East. This is a full-time position suitable for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Manage Customer Relationships:** Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.- **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accessibility.- **Support Sales and Marketing Teams:** Collaborate with these teams by providing them with customer insights and data that can help improve their strategies and outreach.- **Respond to Customer Inquiries:** Address customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively, providing excellent service to maintain a positive company image.- **Monitor Customer Feedback:** Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service and product offerings.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a B.Sc degree and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Basic knowledge of CRM software would be an advantage. Attention to detail is crucial, as this role involves managing significant amounts of customer data. 1)Should be able to analyze, compile data and prepare Mis reports for the daily/monthly (stock & sales Report) etc2)Co-ordination with field/sales team for monthly reports.3)Checking field staff expenses/claims etc4)Provide support to sales team regarding stock requirement & billing details or any other issues .5) Prepare BA & Non BA Offtake Report.6) Preparing field staff /marketing field staff salary working.7) Preparing Credit Note/Debit Note .8) Preparing /checking Display Claims received.

The person should have 3+ years of proven experience as a Business AnalystThe person must understand and have prior experience with the Agile Way of workKnowledge in JIRA/CONFLUENCEThe person must have prior experience working on a Core Banking productMust have experience dealing with banking clients and must be able to convert their needs into workable functional requirementsExcellent spoken and written communication skills (English).
