Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Build a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments, including resume screenings, initial interviews, and skill evaluations. Present the best candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates by maintaining timely communication, providing feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment cycle. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to evaluate sourcing strategies and improve the overall hiring process. Generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
