Spa therapists may also: Greet and consult with guests, providing advice and promoting treatments and products Explain treatment steps and answer questions before, during, and after services Keep client records, including services performed and reminders for future appointments Clean equipment and change sheets between appointments Update inventory when supplies are removed from storage Handle client complaints and report injuries or illnesses to management Recommend additional products and services that may benefit the client Spa therapists should have customer service skills, sensitivity, and understanding.
