We are seeking a Civil or Construction Estimator who is having Certification / Training From BHADANIS Quantity Surveying Training Institute or Nicmar or Rics to join our team in Ranchi Jharkhand. This role is suitable for recent graduates and professionals with up to six years of experience. The Estimator will play a vital role in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. Certification in Quantity Surveying or Estimation From BHADANIS QS Institute or Nicmar or RICS shall be given preferenceKey Responsibilities:1. Analyze project plans and specifications: Review detailed blueprints and documents to understand project requirements and identify cost components.2. Prepare detailed cost estimates: Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs to create comprehensive project budgets that align with client expectations.3. Conduct market research: Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions accurately.4. Collaborate with project managers: Work closely with teams to gather necessary information, clarify project details, and adjust estimates as projects evolve.5.
