Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Work closely with development and product teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential quality risks. Participate in test case reviews, status meetings, and retrospectives. Automate test cases where appropriate to improve efficiency and repeatability. Ensure test coverage is aligned with project goals and requirements. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Continuously improve QA processes and practices within the team. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 23 years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Tester in an IT/software development environment. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
