We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team at our Ambad MIDC location. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and an I.T.I. qualification. This full-time role requires working at the office.Key Responsibilities:- Quality Inspection: Perform regular inspections on products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.- Testing Procedures: Develop and execute testing procedures to identify any defects or areas for improvement in the products.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports to track performance and ensure compliance with standards.- Problem Solving: Identify issues in the manufacturing process and propose effective solutions to prevent defects and enhance product quality.- Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure quality processes are understood and adhered to by all team members.- Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving product quality and production efficiency, utilizing tools such as Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have strong analytical skills to assess product quality and identify potential issues.
