Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect materials and products on the production line to identify any defects or issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards.2. Document Findings: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, highlighting any concerns and recommending corrective actions when necessary.3. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to address quality-related issues and implement solutions for improvement.4. Maintain Equipment: Ensure that all inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated for accurate testing.Required Skills and Expectations:The successful candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in quality inspection, holding a diploma in a relevant field. Moving the ok parts to next stage. Validating the First off/ Inprocess Inspection Records for completeness, correctness with signatures andstamps. Review of Setup sheets & Tool Layouts before first-off approval. Verify instruments/gauges used in in-process inspections are with calibration status. Following 6S activities in-process quality area. Control of Non Conformance outputs at in-process stages Performs Visual Inspection on sample basis during In-process stage. Performs inspection without delay for setting approval & after tool change to reduce timing ofmachine idle. Shift End communication within in-process team members. Provide Guidance to the operators. Escalating Quality Issues to Supervisor.
