The ideal candidate will have a diploma and 1 to 4 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing setting. This is a full-time position based in our office in Rajkot, India.Key Responsibilities:- **Conduct Inspections:** Regularly inspect products at various stages of production to ensure they meet specific quality standards. This includes both visual examinations and functional tests.- **Document Findings:** Record inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive reports. This documentation will help in tracking quality trends and identifying areas for improvement.- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with the production team to address quality issues immediately. Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancing production processes to prevent defects.- **Adhere to Standards:** Ensure all products comply with company policies and industry regulations. Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic GD& T.Inspect machined and casting components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and othermeasuring instruments.Perform vendor quality inspections and prepare inspection reports.Maintain quality records and documentation as per ISO requirements.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality issues.Travel to vendor locations in Rajkot and Ahmedabad for inspections.Requirements3-4 years of experience in manufacturing quality.Hands-on experience in machining and casting inspection.Good knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.Basic understanding of ISO documentation.Good communication and reporting skills.
