Quality Control Engineer Female Graduate Jobs in Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities1. Quality Assurance Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures forwater tanks, grain silos, and fabricated steel products. Ensure compliance with applicable IS / ASTM / ISO standards, fabrication codes, andcustomer specifications. Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), SOPs, quality checklists, and processdocumentation. Monitor incoming raw materials including steel sheets, fabricated parts, fasteners, andcoatings for quality standards.2. Quality Control Conduct stage-wise inspections during Sheet Cutting, Rolling / Bending, Welding /Fabrication, Surface Treatment / Galvanization / Coating, Assembly & Final Dispatch. Perform dimensional checks, fit-up inspections, welding inspections, coating thicknessverification, and leak / structural tests. Ensure product quality at each stage and coordinate with production teams forcorrective actions.3. Compliance & Documentation Maintain Material Test Certificates (MTC), Inspection Reports, NCR (Non-ConformanceReports), and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions). Support internal, external, and third-party audits. Ensure implementation of ISO standards and quality management systems.4. Vendor Quality & Process Improvement Conduct supplier and vendor quality evaluations. Minimize rejection, rework, and customer complaints through process improvementinitiatives. Train production teams on quality standards and best practices.Educational QualificationB.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)Experience RequiredMinimum 4-5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Water Storage Tank Manufacturing,Grain Storage Silos, Steel Fabrication / Heavy Engineering / Mechanical Manufacturing.Preferred Certifications ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Welding Inspection Certification NDT Level II Certification Quality Management CertificationsRequired Skills Mechanical drawings & technical interpretation Welding inspection & fabrication quality Knowledge of QA/QC documentation Root Cause Analysis & CAPA Vendor audit & supplier quality management Inspection tools & measuring instruments MS Excel & reportingKey Competencies Strong analytical ability Attention to detail Leadership & coordination skills Problem-solving mindset Ability to work under manufacturing deadlines
