KPIS Responsible for teams knowledge and development, cultivating skillsand supportingteam on campaigns/activities enabling them towards AOP achievement Liason with Managers to identify training and development needs and conductevaluations to identify areas of improvement Responsible for designing effective training modules, content management andenhancement in line with learning objectives Ensure compliance to guidelines and quality of business Responsible for training role for new products/projects in line with organizationsinitiatives Support and mentor new employees Manage training budgets and monitor training effectiveness Staying abreast with product, process and skills knowledgeROLE REQUIREMENTSKnowledge, Skills and Attributes Proven experience as a trainer in financial products is a must Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools and willingness to keepabreast of new techniques Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Organizational and time management abilities Critical, innovativeand creative thinking Willingness to travel and ability to manage large size of batches
