Job Title : Quality Head [Plastic Injection Molding]Location: Ghaziabad (Loni), TornicppaExperience: 510 years in plastic injection molding quality management.Role Overview:We are hiring a skilled and experienced Quality Head to lead quality assurance for our plastic injection molding operations. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent product quality, process control, and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:- Manage quality control across all molding processes- Implement and maintain quality systems (ISO, IATF) and SOPs- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects and complaints- Oversee inspections: incoming, in-process, and final- Coordinate with production and design teams to uphold quality benchmarks- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits- Train and supervise quality team members- Maintain documentation and quality reports- Liaise with clients and vendors on quality mattersRequired Skills & Experience:- 510 years in plastic injection molding quality management- Proficiency in 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards- Skilled in using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, etc.)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Effective leadership and communication abilities- Proficient in MS Office and quality documentation tools

The QC Engineer (Civil/MEP) is responsible for ensuring that construction activities comply with technical specifications, standards, and client requirements. The role involves conducting inspections, material testing, and reviewing documentation to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:For Civil QC:Inspect ongoing civil works such as RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.Verify formwork, rebar, concrete mix, and curing processes.Monitor third-party testing of materials like cement, sand, aggregates, bricks, and concrete.Ensure proper documentation of material approvals, inspection requests (IRs), and non-conformance reports (NCRs).For MEP QC:Inspect installation of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing systems, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.Verify testing and commissioning of MEP systems as per design and safety standards.Ensure correct routing, cable management, pipe sizing, insulation, and earthing practices are followed.Check and verify materials as per approved make and technical submittals.Common QC Duties:Coordinate with contractors and consultants for inspections and approvals.Maintain and update quality checklists, logs, and QA/QC reports.Issue NCRs and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Support internal and third-party audits and ensure timely closure of observations.Train site staff and workers on quality best practices and specifications.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of IS codes, NBC, and standard construction & MEP practices.Familiar with quality tools and procedures such as checklists, WIR, MIR, NCR, RFI, etc.Proficient in reading civil/MEP drawings and specifications.Hands-on experience in site inspections and lab/field testing.Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Background:Real Estate Projects (Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use)Infrastructure (Hospitals, Hotels, Factories, Malls)MEP Contracting Firms or PMC.
