Perform initial and ongoing design reviewsDeliver documentation offering a critical analysis and suggestions for correcting errorsIdentify process deficiencies and develop solutions to improve those deficienciesSubmit a scope of work for each project that includes budgetary numbers and the goal of each projectDevelop CAD project drawings and review drawings from junior team members for accuracyCollaborate with Project Managers to develop an accurate accounting of all engineering hours required for various types of internal projects

Candidate should have knowledge of operating Inspection Instruments, Inspection of sheet metal parts, Layout Inspection, First Piece/ Last Piece and Inprocess inspection. Candidate should have understanding of 4M Change, 5S, Poka Yoke, Kaizen etc.
