Work with the team in building strategy, implementation of plans (both b2b and b2c), and evaluation. Marketing Strategy: Creating comprehensive marketing plans with the team that outline objectives, target markets, positioning strategies, and tactics for reaching key target audiences effectively. This may include traditional advertising, digital marketing, social media campaigns, retail partnerships, and promotional events. Market Research: Conducting market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors related to food products. This includes analyzing competitors and identifying opportunities for differentiation. Content Creation: Generating engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, product descriptions, infographics, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters. Campaign Management: Planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish, including budget allocation, timeline management, and performancetracking. This involves coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful implementation. Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs). Generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong and continuous relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders Design: Work with the design team to curate key visuals for the mandate Events: Organize and manage influencer, trade, and healthcare events Partnerships: Set up and execute media and brand partnerships Stay abreast of the ever-changing industry landscape and best practices in the field Identify trends and explore new collaborative opportunities Vendor Management Manage database of key activities and contacts Support wider marketing team with various projects
