Position Overview:-The Child Psychologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for children facing developmental, behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges. The role focuses on delivering direct, evidence-based care to improve children's overall developmental and emotional well-being while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:-- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, developmental evaluations, and behavioral observations for children.- Therapy & Intervention: Design and implement individualized intervention plans, providing behavioral therapy, play therapy, and counseling.- Specialized Support: Provide targeted therapeutic support for children with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and anxiety/behavioral disorders.- Parent Guidance: Counsel parents and caregivers on behavior management strategies, emotional support techniques, and home-based intervention plans.- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and pediatricians to ensure holistic care.
