Hiring For Speech Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in Bathinda. You will work directly with patients to help them improve their communication skills. This is a full-time position in an office setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assessing Patients: You will evaluate patients for speech and language disorders, understanding their challenges and needs.

- Developing Treatment Plans: Based on assessments, create individualized therapy plans to help patients reach their communication goals.

- Conducting Therapy Sessions: Lead therapy sessions using various techniques and activities to improve speech, language, and voice quality.

- Monitoring Progress: Regularly track and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure effective treatment.

- Collaboration: Work with other health professionals, teachers, and families to support patients' overall development and communication skills.

- Providing Education: Teach patients and families about speech disorders, including home exercises and strategies to enhance communication.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should hold a professional degree related to speech therapy, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. You should have 1 to 6 years of experience in the domain. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively explain treatment plans and engage with patients. Patience and empathy are crucial as you work with individuals of varying abilities. Additionally, being organized and detail-oriented will help in tracking patient progress accurately. The ability to collaborate with a team and adapt therapy methods to suit individual needs is also important.
